Prayer meeting for Christian Trade at Westminster Chapel

As part of the Day of Prayer for the Christian Trade on 26th March, a prayer meeting has been organised to take place in Westminster Chapel

The prayer meeting will run from 11.00am until 1.00pm and the keynote speaker at the event is Greg Haslam, Senior Pastor at Westminster Chapel. Greg will speak and lead the event, giving prayer points.

Organiser of the meeting, Paul Slennett, from Southend Christian Bookshop, said: “I felt that we were being called together as a trade to pray and want to open this meeting up to booksellers, publishers, authors, book agents and everyone who wants to support our trade, “As soon as he was asked Greg Haslam agreed without hesitation to support this event and I am grateful to him for his support.”

Holding a prayer meeting in a central London venue does provide an opportunity to bring together as many people as possible from the wider London area and is in addition too, not in place of, the many local prayer meetings which will take place on that day.

Details of the London prayer meeting are as follows:

Venue: Westminster Chapel, Buckingham Gate, London SW1E 6BS Tel: 020 7834 1731

Date: Friday, 26th March 2010

Time: 11 am - 1 pm

For further information please contact Paul Slennett on 01702 344008
